My favourite place to be in the whole world is at my local river where I have seen so much wild life including the kingfisher, black birds, the hawk, frogs and hedgehogs, and where I can listen to the stream and the song of birds. It is a place I can be present, calm and connected to the natural world and to my inner bliss.
