LAURE BURY
Laure is a contemporary British painter known for her vibrant landscapes, seascapes, colour compositions with butterflies and birds.
She has lived in several different countries including France, Spain and Mexico which have influenced her colour palette as well as her subject matter. She now lives in Devon on the edge of Dartmoor and is particularly interested in the practise of mindfulness in the creation of her paintings.
Laure is mainly self taught but completed a year’s Art Foundation course at Plymouth college of Art and Design, another year’s Foundation course in Art therapy at Insider Art in Exeter and a year’s Studio Practice course at the prestigious Newlyn School of Art in Cornwall.
